Modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness-based practices, family systems, structural family therapy, person-centered work, and trauma-focused approaches, tailored to each client. Gray Wellness Consulting also provides workplace consulting for small and mid-sized businesses, healthcare practices, and leadership teams. Programs include Performance Coaching, Interpersonal Skills Training, Wellness in the Workplace, and Custom Programs — delivered virtually, onsite, or in hybrid formats. Programs starting at $500. Session fees: $150 individual, $200 couples or family. Free 15-minute consultations available.
